Fish Taco Ventures (FTV) is a seed stage accelerator that facilitates marketplace access for promising new ventures from members of the Notre Dame family. FTV has close ties to members of the Notre Dame IrishAngels® network. FTV accomplishes its mission through managing a portfolio of seed and early stage funds to provide investment capital to Notre Dame entrepreneurs. Seed Funds
Launched in 2005, the Fish Taco Seed Funds provide organizational and seed stage capital of up to $20,000 to business ventures from within the Notre Dame family. Accredited investors can participate for a minimum of $1,000 and maximum of $5,000 investment. Notre Dame entrepreneurs with interest in having their venture screened for funding consideration can submit materials at Angelsoft's website.
Development Fund
Launched in 2008, the Fish Taco Development Fund provides investment capital to business ventures created, developed, organized and operated by members of the Notre Dame family. Accredited investors can participate for a minimum of $25,000 investment. Ventures for investment will be screened from a variety of sources including, but not limited to, the IrishAngels Investment Forum and Fish Taco Seed Fund portfolio. Notre Dame entrepreneurs with interest in having their venture screened for funding consideration can submit materials at Angelsoft's website.
FTV is independent from, but acts in cooperation with the Innovation Park at Notre Dame, Gigot Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, Mendoza College of Business, and The University of Notre Dame.
